Information Update
If any of your personal details change — such as your address or phone number — update them immediately through your account settings. 610d will not be held responsible for payment or verification issues arising from outdated or incorrect information. Account Closure
You may request account closure at any time through our support team. Any pending transactions must be completed and your balance withdrawn before the account is closed. 610d reserves the right to close any account without notice in the event of a Terms violation. After closure, your data will be retained in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Accounts involved in fraud or other deceptive activity may be permanently banned.
Deposit, Withdrawal & Payment Policy
610d offers a range of secure payment methods for deposits and withdrawals, selected with the convenience of Bangladesh users in mind. All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Using third-party payment methods is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension. Your account must be fully verified, including identity and address verification, before you can submit a withdrawal request. Liability & Indemnification Policy
Limitation of Liability
610d will not be liable under any circumstances for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses. 610d is not responsible for issues arising from internet outages, power failures, or third-party service disruptions. Any loss caused by a user's own device or network issues is not the liability of 610d. 610d will be exempt from liability in the event of service disruption due to natural disasters or other force majeure circumstances. Our maximum liability in any case will not exceed the value of the transaction in dispute.
User Indemnification
If you violate these Terms, you are responsible for protecting 610d and its officers, employees, and partners from any claims or damages arising as a result. Any legal costs incurred by 610d due to third-party claims may be recovered from you. If your misuse of your account causes harm to any other party, that liability falls on you. If you obtain any benefit by providing false information, you will be required to return the full amount. 610d reserves the right to take any lawful action it deems appropriate.

Dispute Resolution & Legal Framework
Any dispute between 610d and a user will first be addressed through negotiation. Both parties will have 30 days from receipt of a dispute notice to reach a resolution. If no resolution is reached through negotiation, the matter will be settled in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh through the appropriate courts. These Terms are governed by Bangladeshi law, and the courts of Dhaka shall have jurisdiction over any disputes. We always strive to resolve disputes amicably without the need for court proceedings.
Dispute Resolution Steps
Start by contacting our support team with a detailed description of the issue. We aim to respond within 48 hours and will investigate the matter thoroughly. Submitting your complaint in writing will help us resolve it more quickly.
If a matter cannot be resolved at the support level, it is escalated to senior management. At this stage, a full investigation is conducted and all available evidence is reviewed. A decision is typically communicated within 7 to 14 business days.
If the matter remains unresolved after the two steps above, either party may pursue legal action under the applicable laws of Bangladesh. Both parties are entitled to seek assistance from their respective legal advisors. All legal proceedings will be conducted in the courts of Bangladesh, and Bangladesh law shall apply.
Changes to Terms & Service Updates
610d reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time as necessary to maintain and improve our service standards. For significant changes, we will notify users by email or via an in-platform announcement. Continued use of the service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. Where any part of the service is changed or discontinued, users will be given as much advance notice as reasonably possible.
